We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager for a 12 Month FTC to lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business partnering across a well-known Media organisation. This role is responsible for delivering financial insight, supporting commercial decision-making, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving process improvements to support sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance expertise with commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/CA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Significant progressive finance experience, including management-level responsibility
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience leading budgeting and planning cycles
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial planning systems
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and controls
- Audit background is preferred but not essential
- Exposure to both technical and commercial accounting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
