Altum Consulting is supporting our global financial services client through a significant transformation within their People Function. We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead the change and engagement agenda as part of this journey.
The client is implementing a new HR Target Operating Model that will fundamentally shift how employees and managers interact with the People Function—moving toward a more strategic partnership model underpinned by Communities of Expertise and People Operations. The transformation emphasises technology adoption, self-service, and empowering managers through upskilling and enablement.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-impact role, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation and driving real change that supports long-term strategic goals.
Working as part of the People Transformation team and reporting to the Transformation Programme Manager, the Business Change Manager will:
- Change Strategy & Implementation
- Design and deliver a structured change management plan aligned to programme goals.
- Identify business readiness gaps and lead targeted interventions to support adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Readiness
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and People Function to drive engagement.
- Support a network of change champions, ensuring feedback loops and real-time insight are built into the change strategy.
- Develop and implement business readiness tracking tools and success measures.
- Training & Capability Building
- Work with relevant workstreams to define and deliver targeted training.
- Drive upskilling of managers and employees on new processes, tools, and self-service platforms.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and long-term behavioural change.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and success indicators.
- Support programme governance with insights on sentiment, engagement, and impact.
- Change Leadership – Able to lead and influence change across all levels.
- Analytical Mindset – Comfortable using data to inform decisions and track progress.
- Programme Delivery – Experienced in delivering change within structured project environments.
