Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global People and Workforce Transformation consultancy to find a highly experienced interim Change Lead. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact HR transformation programme within a multinational financial services / blue-chip environment.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver change strategies that drive adoption of new ways of working, capability building, and engagement across HR and business functions.

About you

  • Extensive change management experience in a financial services or blue-chip environment

  • Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives

  • Strong background in both strategic change leadership and hands-on delivery

  • Skilled in conducting comms and engagement gap analyses and developing clear action plans

  • Experience running impactful open-house sessions and senior engagement initiatives

  • Ability to build and deliver stakeholder maps and engagement strategies

  • Conducted adoption scans and change readiness assessments across HR and business

  • Assessed learning needs and developed upskilling plans for HR personas

  • Delivered upskilling and alignment sessions on design thinking and agile for programme teams

  • Proven success activating and leading change networks to drive mindset shifts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels

  • Able to work independently and at pace, within a complex, fast-moving environment

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comms and engagement gap analysis with recommendations and action plan

  • Lead engagement sessions for business and HR leaders to increase awareness and advocacy

  • Refresh change and comms plans, ensuring alignment with wider programme communications

  • Conduct adoption scans and learning needs assessments; develop capability uplift plans

  • Deliver change leadership upskilling for programme leads focused on agile and design thinking

  • Engage the change network and develop stakeholder-specific adoption boosters

  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments and refresh change plans accordingly
