Altum Consulting are working with a well-established international business looking to bring in a Senior Change & Transformation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organisation as it continues to strengthen its transformation capability and deliver key strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.
The Senior Change & Transformation Manager will play a central role in designing and embedding a robust Change Management framework that supports major business programmes, driving engagement, alignment, and sustainable delivery across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Change Management framework across strategic transformation programmes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed best practices in communication, engagement, and capability development.
- Drive alignment between business goals and change activity, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
- Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to monitor adoption and benefit realisation.
- Build and empower a network of internal change champions across regions and functions.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen organisational change capability.
- Anticipate and manage resistance to change, fostering a culture of collaboration, readiness, and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring programmes achieve sustainable results.
- Demonstrable experience leading large-scale, multi-dimensional change initiatives in complex organisations.
- Formal Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
