Qualifications At least 5+ years change management consulting experience within People, HR or Workplace transformations Expert in both strategic change capability and hands on delivery across culture, op model and digital change Brings the full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from change strategy and roadmap design, to impact and readiness assessments, to stakeholder engagement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to build trusted client relationships fast and at all levels, representing the consulting company with gravitas and capability. Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present solutions in in a clear, easy to understand way Bring a passion for helping grow and develop long-term commercial client relationships for the organisation.
