The role involves strengthening how change is designed, led and embedded across the organisation. You will help establish and embed clear change frameworks, standards and ways of working, supporting leaders, managers and delivery teams to plan and deliver change effectively and compassionately. Acting as steward of the organisation's chosen change approach (PROSCI ADKAR), you will tailor it pragmatically to different contexts, ensuring it supports both strategic programmes and ongoing organisational change. This is a highly collaborative role, working across functions to build confidence, consistency and maturity in the people side of change - ensuring that colleagues understand change, feel supported through it, and are able to sustain new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Embed the organisation's change framework (PROSCI ADKAR) through clear guidance, practical tools and real-world examples
- Set organisation-wide standards for change, including impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, communications and adoption planning
- Build and support a change community through clinics, peer reviews and sharing best practice
- Work with programme and project teams to integrate people-side change activities into delivery plans and milestones
- Partner with Leadership & Talent teams to design role-based learning pathways, toolkits and resources
- Collaborate with Employee Experience & Inclusion teams to ensure change is inclusive, fair and accessible
- Define and track adoption measures with Data & Insight teams, using insight to continuously improve change capability
About you
- Proven experience applying a people-side-of-change framework (e.g. PROSCI ADKAR) within complex organisations
- A strong understanding of change capability maturity and how to build skills across leaders, managers and practitioners
- Experience enabling leaders to sponsor change effectively and managers to support adoption
- Advanced capability in impact, readiness and stakeholder analysis
- Confidence working across multiple workstreams and influencing without formal authority
- Strong communication skills and credibility with senior stakeholders
