Business Analyst D365 – Interim Contract
London, UK | Minimum 4 months
We are representing a leading client in the property sector who are currently embarking on a major ERP transformation programme. They are implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations to enhance efficiency, establish a robust data governance framework, and redesign target operating models across their business.
As part of this transformation, we are seeking experienced Business Analysts to play a pivotal role in documenting the \”to be\” ways of working that will underpin the successful delivery of this programme.
The Role
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, including Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk and Controls Matrices (RACMs), and process flowcharts.
- Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts across Finance and Real Estate to capture and define future state processes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders including the Head of Internal Control and project leadership to design controls, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Engage with multi-country teams across Europe to align processes and support change adoption.
- Contribute to embedding new, standardised ways of working enabled by Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex processes.
- Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation (Visio proficiency preferred).
- Ability to analyse processes, identify control points, and assess risks.
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement, working with senior leaders and SMEs across multiple geographies.
- Project management capability with a track record of meeting deadlines and coordinating multi-stakeholder input.
- Background in real estate or property management highly desirable.
- Foreign language skills would be an advantage.
