The Role
- You’ll be responsible for refining existing requirements, supporting Finance teams, and driving forward a new global membership initiative.
- This includes working closely with Product, Business Analysts, Architecture and QA teams to ensure solutions are properly understood, designed, tested, and transitioned into BAU.
- You will bridge technical, finance and business teams, challenge assumptions, and keep delivery moving in a complex global setting.
What You’ll Do
- Refine epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for finance and membership workstreams.
- Lead requirements gathering and AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping.
- Work hands-on with heavily customised NetSuite, especially order-to-cash, billing, revenue and multi-currency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to review workflows, scripts, and ticket details.
- Support QA, UAT cycles and delivery tracking.
- Update JIRA tickets, documentation and Confluence pages consistently.
- Drive clarity across Finance teams, providing documentation and training where needed.
- Work effectively with a global team in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Key Deliverables (First 3‑6 Months)
- Ownership of the new membership initiative from refinement through to testing and go-live.
- Deep-dive with Finance on roles, responsibilities and process refinement.
- Stabilisation and optimisation of O2C processes in NetSuite.
- Clear and consistent documentation across all assigned workstreams.
Essential
- Proven experience in customised NetSuite environments (not just native).
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, revenue, purchase orders & multi-currency.
- Excellent Business Analysis fundamentals: mapping, documentation, requirements, process analysis.
- Ability to understand and question scripts, workflows, and system logic.
- Strong JIRA / Confluence capability.
- Experience supporting Finance or Accounting functions.
- Calm, resilient personality – able to handle dynamic discussions and fast-paced change.
Nice to Have
