We're partnering with a growing international professional services business to hire a Finance Assistant to join their London finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright graduate or junior finance professional looking to develop their career within a supportive environment while studying towards a professional accounting qualification. The business operates across multiple international offices, providing exposure to multi-currency operations and senior leadership from the outset.

The Role

Working closely with the Finance Manager and CFO, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the group. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the billing and invoicing process across multiple entities and currencies
  • Managing credit control and working capital
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting forecasting and reporting activities
  • Liaising with internal teams to support commercial finance processes
  • Contributing to process improvements and ad hoc finance projects

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who are:

  • A recent graduate in finance, accounting, economics, politics, history or similar subject, and or someone with early years' experience in a finance role
  • Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with different teams across the business
