Director of FP A | 6-month contract (immediate start) | £130,000 - £145,000 per annum Altum Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Director of Financial Planning Analysis (FP A) to join a global luxury travel group on an interim basis. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, performance management and strategic analysis across a complex international business. The role will provide clear visibility on performance, strengthen financial discipline and support executive decision-making across multiple brands and geographies. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecasting across the Group. Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making. Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reporting, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities. Track commercial KPIs including revenue, margin, occupancy, yield, pricing and profitability. Prepare high-quality Board, shareholder and lender reporting, translating complex financial data into clear commercial insight.
