We are looking for an enthusiastic part time Outbound Customer Service Consultant to join our Customer Care Centre based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. This is a proactive, customer focused role where you'll make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, helping to secure new projects and book appointments for our field-based sales team.
What you'll be doing:
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads, track projects, and protect specifications
- Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
- Book customer visits and appointments for our external sales team
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and convert opportunities
- Use our CRM system (Creatio) and social media tools to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate data and share market insights with the wider business
What we're looking for:
- Experience in outbound calling and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, positive, and a great team player
