As we continue to invest in our manufacturing capability and product innovation, we're looking for an Industrialisation Engineer to join our team based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. This is a full time, permanent role, based at our HQ in Letchworth, with occasional travel (once a quarter) to our other manufacturing site in Dessau, Germany.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing new and enhanced products into manufacturing while driving process robustness, efficiency and continuous improvement across our production operations. As an Industrialisation Engineer, you'll act as the technical bridge between Product Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Industrial Systems. You'll help ensure new and modified products are successfully transferred into production in a safe, controlled and repeatable way.
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting the industrialisation and scale-up of new and modified products into manufacturing.
- Planning, coordinating and reviewing production trials and validation activities.
- Defining process controls, operating limits and quality requirements.
- Investigating production issues and process deviations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Analysing manufacturing data and trends to improve process capability and product consistency.
- Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Product Development teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting plant continuity initiatives and improving manufacturing robustness.
- Ensuring all technical changes and trials support our commitment to Zero Harm.
