Responsibilities
- Shape and lead our data, analytics, Microsoft platform, and AI strategy over the next 3–5 years.
- Provide strategic input into our IT roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify high-value opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven transformation.
- Design and govern our enterprise data architecture and analytics platforms.
- Lead the direction of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and built on well-governed data foundations.
- Drive adoption of modern Azure data technologies and emerging capabilities, including AI and Microsoft Copilot.
- Define standards and governance for Power BI, semantic models, and datasets.
- Oversee delivery of solutions supporting executive reporting, self-service BI, data science and AI, and business process automation and digital workflows.
- Ensure performance, lifecycle management, and security of analytics and platform assets.
- Embed strong data governance principles, including quality, transparency, and compliance with GDPR.
- Define guardrails for responsible and ethical AI usage.
- Work closely with security, legal, and risk teams to ensure safe and compliant solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to design scalable, value-driven solutions across data, automation, and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, low-code solutions, and AI.
- Support digital transformation across the organisation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring across data, Power Platform, and SharePoint communities.
