Altro is seeking an experienced European Industrialisation Manager to lead manufacturing capability, improve processes and drive sustainability across Europe, including the UK and Germany. The role is senior, with responsibility for a skilled team and travel to Dessau, Germany, while coordinating with the UK head office.
You will bridge Product Development and Manufacturing, introducing new products and improvements into production lines, and leading teams of technical specialists.
