Altro are recruiting for a Manufacturing Fabrication Team Leader to join our Value Added Services team within our Manufacturing plant based in Letchworth Garden City . This role will be working on a rotating double day shift, Monday to Friday. Our Value Added Services team are responsible for cutting and designing bespoke flooring orders, mainly for the transport industry. We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing and developing people within a manufacturing/ fabrication environment. High levels of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret production specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
