Altro are currently looking for a Quality Technician to join our Manufacturing department based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. This is a permanent role working our night shift (Sunday to Thursday). The Quality Technicians ensure that our flooring products meet the highest quality standards at all stages of production and detect any deviations at an early stage. They also are responsible for verifying that packaging specifications are adhered to. This position collaborates closely with the Production Manager and the Quality Manager and is also responsible for monitoring and maintaining the measuring and testing equipment used in quality control.

About You:
You will have a technical qualification or relevant experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of quality control methods. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to maintain high standards.
