Altro, a leading British manufacturer of premium flooring and wall cladding systems, is seeking an experienced Materials or Product Development Scientist to join our European Product Development team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working (3 days a week in our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire HQ, with occasional travel to Dessau, Germany).

You will work on formulation, materials selection and testing to develop and improve flooring and walling products across healthcare.
