We are looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient inventory and logistics management.

Task and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize inventory and daily work activities to support smooth manufacturing and printing operations.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure materials and supplies are available when production needs them.
  • Oversee operational logistics related to inventory, warehousing, and material flow within the facility.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to prevent production delays.
  • Prepare and submit inventory and operational reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensure inventory systems, computer equipment, and related machinery are operating properly.
  • Arrange and follow up on maintenance and repair of inventory-related equipment.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of inventory and warehouse staff.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies and monitor usage levels.
  • Organize, track, and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Support a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least College diploma in accounting, business or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory control or manufacturing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • On-site only (no remote option).
  • Language of work: English.
