Role Overview
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner at Altrincham Preparatory School, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of young children aged 2-4 years. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of one year's experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities that support all areas of development.
- Good communication skills with both children and adults.
- Ability to observe, assess, and record children's progress accurately.
