Altrincham College is seeking to appoint an outstanding, well-qualified Teacher of Textiles & Art.

Role Overview:

  • Teaching Textiles & Art at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, with a primary focus on Textiles and some teaching of the Art curriculum.
  • Full Time 1.0 FTE, fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, expected to run for the academic year 2026-2027.
  • Work within a supportive, highly talented teaching team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience teaching Textiles & Art at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
  • Sound knowledge and genuine passion for the subject area.
  • QTS status required – unqualified teachers will not be considered.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children and young people is expected from all staff.
