We are pleased to be representing Altria Group UK in their search for an Associate Commercial Manager. The Associate Commercial Manager will provide operational and commercial support to the account management team, with a focus on eCommerce, quality execution and operational planning. Supports the delivery of commercial objectives by assisting with account management tasks, conducting retail audits, and ensuring high standards of execution across channels. Also takes ownership of eCommerce responsibilities and supports process improvements.
This role will accommodate hybrid working arrangements with an expectation of being present in the London office 3 days per week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support Account Managers with operational and administrative planning and execution.
- Take ownership of eCommerce channel management, including content, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct retail audits to ensure compliance with execution standards and quality.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and analysis.
- Liaise with marketing team to plan and coordinate execution of marketing plans.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice sharing.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1â3 years experience in a commercial, sales support, or eCommerce role within FMCG.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and retail audits is an advantage.
