As the successful candidate
- You will take ownership of technical solution design, validating that platform enhancements remain robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- You will act as the technical specialist across platform configurations, evaluating API calls, integration points, and code reviews alongside engineering teams.
- You will investigate, triage, and resolve complex technical issues combining analytical rigor with domain understanding.
- You will advise on technical risk, review solution proposals from team members, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple vendor integrations.
The ideal candidate
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within commercial insurance or insuretech environments – required .
- Hands-on familiarity with modern integration patterns, API implementations, complex rating structures, and system configurations – required .
- Strong exposure to technical toolsets, data analysis (e. g., SQL, Python, or scripting basics), and configuration lifecycles – preferred .
