Opportunity to join a highly dynamic corporate finance boutique with a leading position in disruptive technologies or business models addressing climate and sustainability challenges. AltRaise is a corporate finance boutique dedicated to climate, sustainable growth and impact investing. AltRaise is led by three experienced partners with nearly 25 years of experience each in corporate finance and investment gained in major investment banks and PE funds. We have offices in Paris and London. We advise sustainable private companies with a positive environmental or social impact on their M&A and fundraising transactions. Our clients range various sectors: renewable energy & energy transition, fintech, cleantech, agritech, edtech, health services. Most rely on disruptive technologies or approaches and many are exposed to emerging markets.

We are looking for an Analyst/ Junior Associate to strengthen our team in Paris.

  • Job description: Preparation of marketing transaction documentation (teasers, info memos, etc.), financial modeling and valuation work, market and company analysis, extensive international client and process management, contribution to business development.
  • Candidate profile: Graduate of a leading business school or university, with 2 - 4 years of corporate finance / M&A experience gained in a leading bank or PE firm, perfect mastery of financial concepts and corporate finance, excellent modeling capabilities, excellent writing skills in French and English, autonomous, driven, dedicated, passionate about disruptive tech and impact investing, native French / perfect command of English, interested in joining a highly dynamic structure, with the ability to gain direct exposure to the partners and progress rapidly.
