Role Details
To lead and embed governance and stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enabling effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Governance Leadership:
- Establish robust governance across infrastructure programmes
- Align with naval base activities and strategic vision (EMP)
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Plan
- Create stakeholder maps and forward activity plans
- Coordinate meetings, boards, site visits, and workshops
- Provide updates to senior leadership on engagement outcomes
- Enhance communication efficiency across teams
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in MS O365
- Experience in programme/governance management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
