Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage the programme in Primavera on behalf of the Client alongside other Client planners, across a varied portfolio of works.
- Review of programme elements of scope documents as part of procurement.
- Interfacing with supply chain to review programmes in accordance with NEC4 requirements
- Updating progress from Supply Chain & Client project teams and reviewing forecasting for remaining works.
- Manage programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers.
- Manage baseline changes and develop ‘what-if’ scenarios where required.
- Reporting to various stakeholders – internally and externally.
- Develop strong working relationships that contribute to a positive working environment.
Key Requirements:
- Primavera (P6) knowledge
- Experience of major projects containing integrated schedules
- Experience across all stages of the project life cycle
- Experience working on medium to large sized projects, within the construction industry/regulated industries
- Experience in managing schedules on NEC Projects
- Experience using planning techniques & relevant planning toolset
- Understanding of the various forms of tender documents, contract documents & specifications
- Understanding of risk & opportunity management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular; Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, including writing reports & presenting.
