Join a Leading Organisation in the Nuclear Industry We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Support/Analyst to assist with managing and monitoring compliance activities. Reporting to the Information Assurance and Security Lead, you will help ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and internal policies, supporting a robust and compliant environment. This is an excellent opportunity for career development in compliance and information security, with exposure to standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, update, and review compliance documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory changes. Prepare reports and documentation for audits, reviews, and management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Support internal and external audits by gathering evidence, tracking findings, and managing remediation. Collaborate with IT, legal, and operations teams to support compliance initiatives. Review and interpret data, regulations, and policies to support decision-making. Ensure accuracy and quality in compliance documentation and reports. Communicate complex compliance requirements effectively to non-experts. Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement action plans. Work effectively with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance. Key Requirements: Knowledge of information security/compliance standards such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and GDPR.
