Role Details: This role is responsible for ensuring that the electrical aspects of the construction projects are well organised, efficient and compliant with the necessary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during construction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide electricians and other team members. Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the project.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Address technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project timelines. Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on electrical systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress and electrical installations. Prepare reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
