Summary
\’We are seeking a skilled Furniture Paint Sprayer to join our dedicated team. Based in our workshop, you will play a crucial role in applying high-quality finishes to our custom furniture pieces, ensuring they meet our exacting standards and client expectations. \’Responsibilities\’,\’content\’:\’ Prepare furniture surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and spray kitchen and bedroom components to a consistently high standard of finish.
- Apply a range of paints, lacquers, and finishes to achieve the desired results for each bespoke project.
- Carry out on-site touch-ups and final finishing to ensure every installation meets our quality standards.
- Maintain and clean spray equipment regularly.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during painting processes.
- Support the wider workshop team when required — including assisting with assembly, preparation, and general workshop duties.
About You
- Experienced paint sprayer, ideally from a background in furniture, joinery, or a similar trade.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standard of finish.
- Good understanding of paint systems, colour matching, and finishing techniques.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to painting and materials handling.
- Willingness to attend client sites to complete final finishing or touch-up work.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
