We are supporting a manufacturing company operating in a high-volume production environment, currently looking for hands-on engineers to strengthen its technical team. The role is focused on diagnosing production issues, optimizing machine performance, performing adjustments and supporting tooling changes, ensuring efficient and stable operations. This is a shop-floor engineering role, not a maintenance or office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve production and process issues on machinery
- Perform machine adjustments and optimization to improve output and efficiency
- Support and execute tooling and mold changes
- Work closely with operators and production teams
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure stable production performance in a fast-paced environment
Profile Requirements
- Degree or background in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing/production environments
- Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot and optimize processes
- Hands-on mindset – comfortable working directly on the shop floor
- Experience with machinery adjustments, tooling or process improvement
- Good level of English (required)
