The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As a mechanically biased engineer, you will find yourself getting stuck into a variety of tasks from preventative and corrective maintenance, conducting opening and closing checks, fault finding and diagnostic work, to being part of our annual winter maintenance program. You will be a specialist in your field, providing expertise to develop and improve reliability, safety and ride availability to ensure all guests have the best possible experiences and return year on year to our amazing resort.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A can do attitude and endless energy and enthusiasm for the role.
  • A minimum of a ONC/Level 3 National Extended Diploma or equivalent gained through a recognised apprenticeship in engineering.
  • Post apprenticeship experience, including inspection experience.
  • Full understanding of engineering-related statutory requirements such as COSHH.
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems of work.
  • The ability to read and use engineering drawings.
  • The ability to display problem solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Previous work in a theme park environment is not essential; engineering experience gathered may be equally suitable.
  • Have experience of using technical manuals, risk assessments and related documentation.
