Are you an organised, hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to champion our Distribution Centre team and help ensure our world-famous resort runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead the daily operations of the Distribution Centre, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and delivered efficiently and accurately across the resort. You will play a key role in enabling the business to meet its operational and financial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion departmental performance to support operational and financial goals
- Oversee the correct receipt, storage and documentation of stock from suppliers
- Ensure accurate picking through the Warehouse Management System, minimising discrepancies
- Coordinate timely and safe deliveries to all resort units
- Maintain clear and effective communication between shifts and resort departments
- Manage and participate in stock takes, ensuring accurate counts
- Maintain sufficient stock levels of key product categories including drinks, chocolate and ice cream
- Minimise departmental wastage
- Lead, support and train the Distribution Centre team in all aspects of their roles
Qualifications & Experience
- 1β2 years' warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to motivate others
