Alton Towers Resort is seeking Food & Beverage Assistant Managers to drive excellence across our hotel restaurants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring efficient, high-quality restaurant operations. You will work alongside the Hotel Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily activities, maintain service standards, and support a motivated and high-performing team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the hotel restaurants, ensuring they are ready for service and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Manage escalated guest queries or complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, support initiatives to drive sales, and control costs, stock, and waste.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
- Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role, ideally across multiple restaurants.
- Background in high-volume restaurant or quick-service environments.
- Hands-on, organised, and confident leading teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts.
