Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a rewarding career in hospitality? We're looking for Linen Porters to join our Hotel Housekeeping team and play a vital role in ensuring our hotels run smoothly, providing the support needed to keep operations running efficiently every day.

What does a typical day look like working at Alton Towers Resort as a Linen Porter:

  • Manage linen stock levels to meet daily operational needs.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping team, Hotel Porters, and Room Attendants.
  • Maintain high appearance standards and adhere to all health & safety guidelines.
  • Support stocktakes, including waterpark linen.
  • Keep up to date with resort activities to enhance guest experience.

Applicants must have a clean UK driving licence. Ideally, candidates will be available 5 days per week, though those with reduced availability are still encouraged to apply. This will include weekends and bank holidays.

  • A strong team player with great attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to manage stock effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about providing a top-tier experience for our guests.
