Leisure Operations Receptionist Location: Alton Towers Resort

Hours/Availability: Applicants must be able to work 5 days out of 7 including at least 1 weekend day.

We are currently recruiting for a Leisure Operations Receptionist to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy! Want to make a great big smiling first impression? In this crucial customer facing role, the Leisure Reception team are the first people to interact with guests before they enter our stunning waterpark or golf attractions. It's vital that the team work together as it's the guests first and last impression that really counts. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of any guest issues, cash and key handling as well as ensuring relevant guest information gets passed to the correct department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Be able to work 5 days out of 7 including at least 1 weekend day
  • A positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience working on a busy reception desk is desirable

Compensation between GBP £8.00/Hr.-GBP £12.71/Hr.
