You will lead the strategic direction of engineering, technical services and infrastructure across the Resort, shaping long-term asset strategy for rides, hotels, waterpark and heritage assets.
You will advise the Vice President and Resort SLT, balance safety with guest experience and commercial performance, and drive engineering policy across Merlin’s Group.
