We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Admissions/Car Park Hosts with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our team at Alton Towers Resort! In this unique role, you’ll work across our entrance areas, engaging with every guest who visits our theme park. From parking cars and selling tickets to helping guests navigate our turnstiles and hotel guest entrance, you’ll ensure a swift and enjoyable arrival experience. You will not only provide guests with an outstanding experience but also inform them about our wide range of additional products, including Fast Track tickets, Special Events, Merlin Annual Passes, and more. As part of a motivated team, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales and hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Focus: Promote and sell additional products to enhance the guest experience, including Fast Track tickets and special events.
