About the Role: As a Housekeeping Checker, you will be the go-to person for maintaining top-tier cleanliness and room standards throughout our Resort Hotels. You will lead, inspire, and support a team of Room Attendants, ensuring every guest walks into a space that is pristine, welcoming, and on-brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage housekeeping teams in your area, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Motivate team members daily, encouraging a positive, can-do attitude to deliver exceptional service.
- Train and develop Room Attendants to ensure consistency in skills, standards, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with your team to align goals and maintain a cohesive, collaborative environment.
