Thispost is available on a part time (80% FTE) or full-time (100% FTE)basis.
A Day in the Life:
Someof your key responsibilities will be:
- Promoting the aims and objectives of the school andmaintaining its philosophy of education and supporting the Headteacher inpromoting the ethos of the School;
- Setting high expectations which inspire, motivate andchallenge pupils;
- Promoting good progress and outcomes by pupils;
- Planning and teaching well-structured lessons;
- Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safelearning environment.
WhatWe're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our teamif you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Successful teaching experience within the primary sector
- Thorough knowledge of a range of teaching, learning andbehaviour management strategies and how to use them effectively
- Good knowledge of policies and commitment to safeguardingchildren
- Commitment to the vision, aims and values of theTrust/School.
