Alton Cars Ltd, one of the UK’s largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 16 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside, are looking for a VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) for our Blackpool Site. Alton Cars Ltd is all about the people within it and are confident it is one of the best in the industry. Our aim is to be the repairer of choice for our work providers, their customers, and colleagues within the industry, whilst ensuring that our customers are at the heart of what we do.
Our estimators are responsible for the end-to-end process and you will be trained in the following processes:
- Taking images of the vehicle (as well as dealing with Image Estimates).
- Compiling the estimate using Audatex, submitting for authority and liaising with both Customers and Work Providers.
- Updating the Job as the repairs are carried out, liaising with the technicians as required.
- Once the job is completed, matching the job up and preparing for invoice.
- You will also learn Audatex and Autoflow systems.
We are looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and be flexible but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
This role comes with a salary of £26,436.80 plus the ability to earn commission. In addition, you will also receive:
