Alton Cars Ltd, one of the UK's largest independent groups of Accident Repair Centres with a network of 17 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Central Team based at our Barnsley Site. Alton Cars Ltd is all about the people within it and is confident it is one of the best in the industry. Our aim is to be the repairer of choice for our work providers, their customers, and colleagues within the industry whilst ensuring that our customers are at the heart of what we do.
This role is a telephony-based position where you will support incoming claims phone customers to discuss the claim and talk through the repair process. You will be available to answer phones to speak with both customers and work providers, providing updates and dealing with any queries as well as doing some other updates.
We are looking for individuals who have a can-do attitude, are willing to help everyone at the site, and can be flexible while also having a laugh along the way. This role comes with a salary of £25,800.00 along with bonus opportunities. Core hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
