Alton Cars Ltd, one of the UK’s largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 17 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside, are looking for a Trainee Paint Technician for our Mansfield Site. Alton Cars Ltd is all about the people within it and are confident it is one of the best in the industry. Our aim is to be the repairer of choice for our work providers, their customers, and colleagues within the industry, whilst ensuring that our customers are at the heart of what we do.
Paint Technician: This covers all aspects of preparation and refinishing of vehicles, including panel preparation, various substrate materials, and the application of foundation materials all the way through the refinishing process to successful fade outs, “Blow ins” and to the application of tri-stage pearlescent finishes.
We are looking for individuals who have a can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site, be able to get stuck in, and be flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
This role comes with a National Minimum Wage Salary per hour attended (Core hours are 8am to 5pm). In addition, you will also receive:
