We are looking for bright minds to join our growing team in London to work with global colleagues in Dublin, Dubai, New York, Beijing, Singapore, and Tokyo.
Engagement Managers work with senior team members to help clients solve complex commercial, operational, and financial challenges. They lead teams of Associates and Senior Associates, managing day‐to‐day execution of client engagements, including analytical work, solution crafting, and deliverable creation. Managers participate in exciting projects, expanding their sector knowledge, consulting toolkit, management skills, and industry relationships, while receiving initial and ongoing training.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to conduct market research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of assessments.
- Develop analytical and financial models.
- Become an expert on aviation industry issues across the full value chain.
- Present results of studies and analyses, and draft report deliverables.
- Support the professional development of associates and senior associates, providing training.
- Support the development of company intellectual property.
- Support targeted business development efforts with new and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and offerings for the firm.
- Perform other logistical, administrative, or related tasks as directed by management.
- Strong interest in, and passion for, the aviation industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, team management, and team‐building skills.
- Understanding of finance fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Superior organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, working to changing deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Unyielding commitment to excellence and delivering best outcomes for clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
- Able to work precisely and productively under pressure and tight deadlines.
A degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, etc.) from a top institution is preferred.
Work Experience:Engagement managers should have 6–9 years of aviation/aerospace industry experience and/or relevant consulting experience. Candidates with strong backgrounds from other industries (e.g., investment banking, management consulting) with transferable skills and experience managing analytical teams will also be considered.
Travel:Domestic and overseas travel may be required 25–50% on average, or more during certain periods.
