About the role
What you will do
- Build Strong Client Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic discussions
- Address queries and resolve challenges quickly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling or cross-selling
- Develop tailored account plans and growth strategies
- Track performance metrics and manage renewal cycles
