Are you an experienced, sponsored Domiciliary Care Assistant looking for stability and support? If you’re currently on a Certificate of Sponsorship but not receiving your full contracted hours — or are at risk of displacement — Altogether Care is here for you. We’re committed to supporting care professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding care in the community. We’re now recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants who are already in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and are looking for guaranteed hours and a welcoming, supportive team.

About The Role
Who We’re Looking For:
- Hold a Certificate of Sponsorship (Skilled Worker Visa)
- Be currently residing in the UK
- Have substantive UK experience in domiciliary (home) care
- Possess a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Be able to work at least 37.5 hours per week
- Show flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Have a good understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding
- Provide satisfactory references/evidence of good conduct
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting people in their own homes to live independently
- Providing personal care, companionship and practical support
- Assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, and appointments
