About The Role

- Support and assist people in their own homes to live as independently as possible
- Empower people to make their own decisions and choices

The location of the role may include travel to nearby areas to ensure quality care. Altogether Care is a family-run care provider established in 1988, serving local communities across the South and Southwest for over 35 years!
