The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support quality across our care at home services. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in highly regulated social care environments and a clear understanding of CQC standards. You will use your experience and leadership skills to bring teams together, strengthen oversight, and support continuous improvement across services.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week.

The Role: This is a support and enabling role, focused on improving quality and reducing pressure on managers. You will not hold operational responsibility, but will work alongside managers to strengthen governance, consistency and practice.

  • Support complaints, safeguarding and investigation processes
  • Lead audits, spot checks and quality reviews
  • Identify risks and support improvement planning
  • Help services prepare for inspections and regulatory activity
  • Review trends and share learning across teams
  • Promote consistency, best practice and continuous improvement
  • Provide practical support to reduce manager workload

About You:

  • Strong understanding of CQC and working within highly regulated services
  • Experience in complaints, safeguarding, audits and investigations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence without direct authority
  • Clear, confident communication and report writing skills
  • Emotionally intelligent, able to handle sensitive and challenging situations
  • Organised, analytical and focused on improvement
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, as the role involves travel between services.
