Registered Manager Reablement & Domiciliary Care

Barnstaple | Full-time

Altogether Care is one of the largest and most established providers of reablement and domiciliary care in North Devon, supported by a well-established and experienced team. We are seeking a values-led Registered Manager (or Manager in Training) to lead a large, complex service. This role requires clear leadership, sound judgement and a consistent focus on quality and compliance.

Based in our modern Barnstaple office, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards, supporting your team, and ensuring safe, effective care delivery at scale.

Working Hours
40 hours per week.

The role

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of a busy reablement and domiciliary care service
  • Maintain strong CQC compliance and inspection readiness
  • Oversee capacity, performance and risk
  • Support and develop an established care team
  • Work closely with commissioners and professional partners

  • Experience in domiciliary care leadership
  • Good understanding of CQC standards and expectations
  • Level 5 qualification (or working towards / willing to complete)
