Care And Support Worker

Location: Altogether Care – Unit 4, Riverside Court, 204 Station Rd.

Salary: £13.80 to £14.30 per hour

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent contract.

About The Role

As a Care And Support Worker you will support people at home to live as independently as possible, help with daily tasks, provide physical and emotional care, and use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Support people at home to live as independently as possible
  • Driving is essential for this role; must own a vehicle and have a full UK driving licence
  • Empower individuals to make their own choices
  • Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
  • Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
  • Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

Requirements / Criteria

  • Full UK Driving Licence & Access To Own Vehicle.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
