Location: Sherborne House, 131 Sherborne Road

As a Care Assistant, you’ll become part of our growing family, enjoying the support of a dedicated team and the stability of contracted hours. We\’re seeking a compassionate individual whose caring nature aligns with our values and who is eager to make a positive impact on others\’ lives.
This role will require alternate weekends

As a Care Assistant With Us You Will
- Support and assist people to promote their own independence.
- Provide support with all aspects of personal care.
- Offer physical and emotional support, to the people we care for.
- Help people to participate with daily living tasks & activities.
- Foster positive relationships with the individual, their family and colleagues.
- Uphold the principles of Altogether Care\’s values.
All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS.
N.B**The pay for this role meets the national minimum wage for over 21s.
