Job Description
Care and Support Worker – Competitive Salary £13.80 to £14.30 per hour
Location: Altogether Care, Lymington Area.
Make a real difference every day as a Care and Support Worker, supporting people in their own homes across the community. Join the Altogether Care team in Southampton, where your compassion and reliability will be valued and supported. You’ll be travelling throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps people stay independent and confident in their daily lives.
